Dolar Masih Terkoreksi Tipis Setelah Rilis Data PCE Price Index

Greenback masih terpantau melemah tipis versus major currencies di sesi New York hari ini, Jumat (29/9), di tengah isu terkait kemungkinan partial shutdown pemerintahan federal AS.

Hingga pukul 23:44 WIB, Indeks Dolar AS yang mengukur kinerja USD terhadap sejumlah mata uang utama lainnya tercatat turun 0.05% di kisaran level 106.07.

Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) AS melaporkan bahwa Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) Price Index tercatat 0.4% mom (month-over-month) di bulan Agustus, di bawah ekspektasi 0.5% mom. Core PCE Price Index tercatat 0.1% mom, di bawah ekspektasi 0.2% mom.

Secara tahunan, PCE Price Index naik dari 3.4% yoy (year-over-year) ke 3.5% yoy, sesuai ekspektasi. Sedangkan, Core PCE Price Index melambat dari 4.3% yoy ke 3.9% yoy, sesuai perkiraan.
